        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment in O.P.(M.V)No 175 of 2014 on the
   file of the Motor Accidents Claims Trinunal, Thrissur dated 22.08.2022,
   pending disposal of the above Motor Accidents Claims Appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. C.HARIKUMAR, SANDRA SUNNY & ARUN KUMAR M.A, Advocates for the
   applicants and of M/S. C.SIVANUNDAN & S.K.AJAY KUMAR, Advocates for the
   respondent, the Court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

There shall be a short stay against right of recovery granted against the petitioner, for a period of four months from this day.
