   disposal of this Original Petition (Civil)


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S V.G.ARUN, V.JAYA RAGI, R.HARIKRISHNAN (KAMBISSERIL) & NEERAJ NARAYAN,
   Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Issue notice by speed post.

Petitioner may also serve notice to the respondent through the counsel appearing in the trial court.

Exhibit P11 order, insofar as it directs the petitioner to be detained in Civil Prison and also the payment of Rs. 78,000/- will stand stayed for a period of three weeks.
