JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the owner in possession of
an extent of 6.07 Ares of land comprised in survey
No.227/5-3 of Alangad Village in Paravoor Taluk.
He has approached this Court seeking a direction
to the 2nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to
consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, Form-6
application filed under the Kerala Conservation of
Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the
petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and
taking into consideration that Ext.P4 is a
statutory application, this writ petition is
disposed of with a direction to the 2nd
respondent/RDO to consider and pass orders
thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously
as possible, at any rate, within a period of four
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of
the judgment, along with a copy of the writ
petition, before the Agricultural Officer
concerned for due compliance.
