JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers:
I. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate
writ, order or direction, directing the 1 st to 4th
respondents to stop the conducting of 8 th Standard in
the 5th Respondent's School.
II. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate
writ; order or direction, directing the 1 st to 4th
respondents not to allow the 5th respondent to
conduct 8th standard classes by using the existing
teachers who are being paid from the public
exchequer.
III. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ; order or direction, directing the 6 th
and 7th respondents to inspect the building and
ensure that the building is fit to conduct classes and
also the building has required rear back as per the
statutory provisions.
IV. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ; order or direction, directing the 4 th
respondent not to allow the Headmistress of the 5 th

respondent School to take classes of standards 1 to 2
in the first and second floor.
V. Issue such other writs orders or directions as this
Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the
interest of justice and circumstances of the case
[SIC]
2. It seems that the prayers in this Writ Petition itself is
infructuous. If there is any surviving grievance, the petitioner is
free to approach the statutory authorities, in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
