        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the Registry
   of this Hon'ble Court to communicate the judgment dated 30.01.2024 of this
   Hon'ble Court in the above F.A.O. setting aside the attachment effected as
   per order in I.A.No.5 of 2022 in O.S.No.3 of 2022 on the file of the
   Hon'ble Subordinate Judge's Court, Kochi, to:

          (1) The Sub Registrar, Maradu Sub Registry,Maradu,Kochi 682 304 and

          (2) The Village Officer,Maradu Village Office,Maradu,Kochi-682 304.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's judgement
   dated 30/01/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.ASHOK SHENOY,
   P.S.GIREESH, SALIH P.A., ARJUN R NAIK & THEJALAKSHMI R.S., Advocates for
   the applicant and of SRI.MANU ROY, Advocate for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:

                                             ORDER

This is an application filed by the appellant seeking a direction to the Registry to communicate the judgment dated 30/01/2024 in FAO NO.130/2022 whereby the attachment effected as per order in IA No.5/2022 in O.S.No.3/2022 was set aside.

Application is allowed. Registry is directed to communicate the judgment to the Sub Registar, Maradu Registry, Maradu, Kochi 682 304 and the Village Officer, Maradu Village Office, Maradu, Kochi 682 304, immediately.
