Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P7, Exhibit
P10 and Exhibit P11, during the pendency of this writ petition (civil) and
further to direct the respondents not to taken any coercive steps against
the petitioner and not to expel/remove/evict the petitioner from his right
to collect parking fees in Gandhi Park are under the corporation of
Thiruvananthapuram, pursuant to Exhibit P1, Exhibit P2 and Exhibit P3 for
the period of 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024, during the pendency of the above
writ petition (civil), in the interest of justice.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
06.12.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MANJU ANTONEY, R.ANAS
MUHAMMED SHAMNAD, R.AVINASH & JERRYMON ABRAHAM, Advocates for the
