        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to

         i) Stay the operation of the judgment dated 05.01.2023 passed by
   the Learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.33690 of 2019 and Annexure - I
   proceedings dated 18.01.2023 issued pursuant to the same, pending disposal
   of the Writ Appeal.

        ii) Restrain the 1st respondent from filling up the existing three
   vacancies in the cadre of Library Assistant, pending disposal of the Writ
   Appeal.




        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 15/02/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 24/01/2024,
   the Court on the same day passed the following:

                                      ORDER

We have been given a copy of the letter issued by the Registry dated 30/01/2024. The matter is pending consideration before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. In this view of the matter, hearing of the appeal is deferred to 18/03/2024.
