   all further proceedings in EP No. 717/2020 in M.A.M No. 788/2017 on the
   files of VIIth Addl. District Judge, Ernakulam, till the disposal of the
   Original Petition (Civil) in the interests of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   23.1.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. VARGHESE C.KURIAKOSE,
   Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
