        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order of
   stay of execution of the judgment dated 30/10/2023 in OP No.202/2018 of
   the Family Court, Kollam, pending disposal of the above appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.P.C.HARIDAS, PRABHAMONI K.K. and V.S.SURESH Advocates for the
   applicants, the court passed the following:


                                           ORDER

There will be an interim stay of execution of decree with regard to return of money and gold ornaments, on condition that the appellant furnishes adequate security for the decree amount to the satisfaction of the court below.
