        This First appeal from orders again having come up for orders on
   09/02/2024, upon perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order
   dated 08/02/2024 the court on the same day passed the following:

                                           ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant and also for the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in order to explore the possibility of settlement by mediation, the matter can be referred for mediation.

In such circumstances, both parties are directed to appear before the Nodal Officer, Ernakulam Mediation Centre, in the premises of this court on 12.02.2024 at 10.15 a.m.

List on 16.02.2024 for the report of the mediator.
