filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time limit
prescribed in the judgment dated 05.07.2023 in WP(C) No. 21685/2022 by a
further period of 3 months from 19.10.2023.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
dated 05/07/2023 upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the

ORDER
This is an application for extension of time filed by
respondents 1 to 5 and 7 in W.P(C)No.21685 of 2022 for extension
of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court.
Having considered the averments contained in the affidavit in
support of the application, the application for extension of time is
allowed and the time for implementation of the directions
contained in the judgment is extended by a further period of three
months from 19.10.2023.
