        Civil Miscellaneous Case (pauper) praying inter alia that in the
   circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the CMCP the High
   Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to file the appeal against the
   Judgement and Decree of the Additional District Court VI,Kollam dated
   13.08.2021 in AS.No.2 of 2019 allowing the suit OS.No.296 of 2014 by
   reversing the Judgment and Decree of the Munsiff-Magistrate Court,Paravur
   dated 26.06.2018 as indigent person.

        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of CMCP and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.RAJESH ,PARTY-IN-PERSON , the Court passed the following:

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw C.M.C.P.

Accordingly, CMCP 22/2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
