           SAREENA K.P, AGED ABOUT 42 YEARS, D/O HAMSAKOYA, DHARUSSALAM,
           KARATTIPARAKKAL, NALLEDATH, VATTAPPARAMBU, CHALIYAM P.O, KADALUNDY
           AMSOM, PAZHACHANNUR DESOM, KOZHIKODE, PIN- 673 301 (FEROKE POLICE
           STATION LIMIT)

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to declare the order
   of stay of all further proceedings purusant to that part of the judgment
   and decree dated 19/08/2019 in OP 765/2014 on the file of the Family
   Court, Kozhikode to the extent it has allowed the prayer of the respondent
   herein for return of 82 sovereigns of gold and also dismissed the counter
   claim raised by the appellant herein which was granted on 16/11/2019 as
   absolute.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.P.SANJAY, SMT.A.PARVATHI MENON, Advocates for the applicant and of
   SRI.R.RAMADAS, SRI.T.SIVADASAN Advocates for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent. In view of the interim orders rendered by this Court on 16/11/2019, 17/02/2020, 04/01/2021 and 01/02/2021, it is recorded that sufficient security as directed by this Court has been furnished by the petitioner before the Family Court.

The interim order shall remain in force.
