        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 67 days in filing an appeal against the judgment and order
   in O.P.509/2020 dated 19/07/23 on the file of Hon'ble Family Court at
   Irinjalakuda and may also be pleased to pass any other order or direction
   deem fit and proper to the circumstances of this case and thus render
   justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. GOVINDU P.RENUKADEVI, T.B.SHAJIMON, Advocates for the applicant,
   the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

In view of the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay of 67 days in filing the Mat. Appeal is condoned.
