Learned counsel for the appellant submits that WP(C)
No.40195 of 2023, which is pending before the learned
Single Judge, is having a bearing of the issue involved in
this appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the party respondents opposed.
However, taking note of the fact that the matter pertains
to the same school and appointment, we are of the view
that the above case can be tagged along with this writ
appeal.
Registry shall post WP(C) No.40195 of 2023 along with
this appeal.
