                                           O R D E R

The learned Government Pleader has placed on record

the order dated 22.07.2024 passed by the respondent

purported to be in compliance with Annexure A1 judgment.

By order dated 22.07.2024, the application of the petitioner

has been rejected.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

instead of rejecting the application, the respondent could

have passed an order in respect of property falling in

Re-Survey No.213/1 against which there is no dispute.

3. The learned Government Pleader seeks time to get

further instructions.
