                                 JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved

by the seizure of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-

08-AU-3783. Petitioner submits that he is ready

and willing to compound the offence.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. In case the seizure of the Tipper Lorry

bearing registration No. KL-08-AU-3783 belonging

to the petitioner has not been reported to the 2nd

respondent, the 1st respondent shall report the

same to the 2nd respondent within two days from

today. If the petitioner makes a request for

compounding before the 2nd respondent, such request

will be taken up and considered in accordance with

law, within a period of one week from the date on

which the request is made by the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
