Learned Government Pleader upon instructions submitted

that after reconsideration of the matter as directed by this Court

in the judgment dated 17-10-2023, it was found that the

petitioner was in ownership of an extent of land above 25 cents

as on 30-12-2017 and intimation has already been given to pay

the conversion fee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get

instructions.
