        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to issue an order to stay the Judgment in
   M.C.No:118/2023 of Family Court, S.Paravur dated 30.11.2023 pending
   disposal of the above Revision Petition (Family Court).
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BIJITH S.KHAN, NITHIN J.R., MANASI.M
   & MANSOOR ALI, Advocates for the petitioner, the Court passed the
   following:

                                        ORDER

The interim order is granted on condition that the petitoner shall pay an amount of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees seven Thousand only) to the respondent, till the disposal of the revision petition. Arrears as on today shall be deposited by the petitoner within two months. If the aforesaid direction is not complied with, the Family Court, Paravoor is free to proceed in accordance with law.
