   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings of the judgment dated 31.01.2024 in O.P.(HMA) No.324/2019 on
   the file of the Family Court, Kollam till the disposal of this Matrimonial
   Appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.K.V.ANIL KUMAR, SWAPNA VIJAYAN and RADHIKA S.ANIL, Advocates for
   the applicant, the court passed the following:
