        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to sentence imposed upon the revision petitioner in
   Judgment dated 03.02.2024 in Crl.A.No.283/2019 on the files of the
   Sessions Court, Thalassery, in judgment dated 17.09.2019 in CC No.632/2015
   on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court - II, Kannur,
   pending the revision.
        This application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.CIBI THOMAS, Advocate
   for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the Court
   passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits the remaining one half of the fine amount ordered by the appellate court, before the trial court.
