Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to correct the Exhibit
P-20 shown in para 1 and para 2 of the Judgment as Exhibit P-23 in the
interest of justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of M/S V.A.MUHAMMED, M.SAJJAD, Advocates for the Applicant in IA/
petitioners in WP(C) and of SMT.NISHA BOSE, SR.GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the

This is an application for correction. In paragraphs 1 and 2 of the
judgment dated 18.3.2024 in WP(C).No.10671/2024, instead of
Ext.P-20, it is corrected as Ext.P-23.
The Registry is directed to issue a revised copy of the judgment
after carrying out the corrections.
