Dated this the 11th day of April, 2024

                             JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the fixation of the fair value

under Section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959,

which is stated to be pending consideration before

the 1st respondent. Petitioners seek for an

expeditious disposal of the same.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

After hearing both sides, I am inclined to

dispose of the writ petition with a direction to

the 1st respondent to take up Exts.P1 and P2

statutory appeals pending before the 1st respondent

and dispose of the same in accordance with law, at

the earliest, at any rate, within an outer limit of

3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the

heard to the petitioners.
