        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.15149/2023 dated
   13-6-2023 of the learned single Judge, in so far as it directs the 1st
   respondent to issue the regular pemit to the 5th respondent and also
   restraining the operation/issuance of the permits to the appellants, till
   the exercise as directed in the judgment is completed, pending disposal of
   the writ appeal.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 13/09/2023 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 25/08/2023,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
