     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to stay the further proceedings of the Judgment
dated 29.04.2023 in MC 572/2019 on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur,
pending disposal of this Criminal Revision Petition.

     This application again coming on for orders upon perusing this
application and this Court's order dated 12.07.2023 and upon hearing the
arguments of M/S.E.U.DHANYA, LINDONS C.DAVIS, N.S.SHAMILA & CHINJU
