   proceedings in pursuant to the judgment dated 24.03.2020 in CMA.No.1/2019
   passed by the Sub Court, Tirur pending disposal of this revision petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 01.08.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S JAMSHEED
   HAFIZ & SMT.K.K.NESNA, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S. K.M
   SATHYANATHA MENON and DEEPA VALLIYIL, Advocates for the respondents, the
   court passed the following:
