                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the applicant in O.P (MV) No. 744 of 2019 on

the files of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram.

She has filed the instant writ petition seeking a direction to the MACT,

Thiruvananthapuram to consider and dispose of Exhibit P2 Execution

Petition on merits within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. In the circumstances, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,

Thiruvananthapuram is directed to decide Exhibit P2 Execution Petition

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.

With the above direction, the present Original Petition stands

finally disposed of.
