                 Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
          affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all the
          further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated
          24/11/2007 in OS No.354/2004 of the Addl.Sub Court,
          Thiruvananthapuram and E.P.No.198/2009 in O.S.No.354/2004, till the
          disposal of the above Regular First Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and     the affidavit filed in support thereof and this
   Court's order dated 05/06/2023 and upon hearing the arguments
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioners and of SRI.BALACHANDRAN S.,
   Advocate for R3 to R6, the court passed the following:

                                             ORDER

Interim stay is extended by two months.
