   court's judgment dated 02.11.2022 in the OP(C) , the court on the same day
   passed the following;

Perused the communication of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thrissur dated 24.06.2023.

For the reasons stated in the above communication the time period fixed by this court to dispose of EA No. 1470/2012 is enlarged by a period of two months from 24-06-2023. It is made clear that no further enlargement would be granted.
