Standing Counsel for the National Highway Authorities of India

submits that directions contained in the judgment dated 15/12/2022 in WPC

No. 37714/2022 stand complied with and the encroachers themselves have

removed the structures.

Counsel for the petitioner disputes the same.

Parties may file their statements.
