        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant adequate protection to the
   petitioner to put up the wall in the Ext.P1 decree schedule property and
   also for the safe preservation and maintenance of the wall and other
   structures after construction without any attack from respondents 4 & 5 as
   requested in Ext.P12 representation, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 21/09/2023 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 21/08/2023 the
   court on the same day passed the following:

The 5th respondent has filed counter affidavit dated 18.09.2023. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to file reply affidavit.
