                      W.P.(C)No.30087 of 2023
               ------------------------------------------------
Dated this the 18th day of September 2023

                                 JUDGMENT

By an order dated 31.01.2023, petitioner's application filed under

Form 6 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules,

2008 was allowed. Thereafter, he filed an application in Form A of the

Kerala Land Tax Act, 1961 to reassess the land tax. However, no orders

have been issued on the said application. Petitioner has approached this

Court pointing out the delay in disposing of his application dated

05.09.2023.

2. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the

learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that a direction can be

issued to consider and pass appropriate orders in a time bound manner.

Hence there will be a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider and pass

appropriate orders on Form A application filed by the petitioner under

the Kerala Land Tax Act, 1961, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
