           Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
      affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to reopen the above
      contempt case, which was actually closed on 23/01/2023 on a wrong
      submission made by the respondent.


           This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
      application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's
      judgment dated 23/01/2023 and order dated 21/09/2023 in I.A.No.1/23 and
      upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.P.PRADEEP, P.K.SATHEES KUMAR,
      MINIKUMARY M.V., R.K.PRASANTH & JIJO JOSEPH, Advocates for the
      petitioner in IA/COC and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondent in
      IA/COC, the court passed the following:

                                             ORDER

It is submitted by the Government Pleader that, in the connected matter, the State approached the Supreme Court and there is a stay order. If that is the case, this I.A. is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to re-open it, if there is any further grievance.
