This matter has been listed today because, the nominated

Arbitrator, the Hon'ble Justice (retd) K.R.Udayabhanu, has refused

to take up the engagement. Therefore, in the place of Hon'ble

Justice (retd) K.R.Udayabhanu, retired Justice K.P.Balachandran,

residing at 'Athulya', T.C.76/1786-6, A.B.R.Towers, Highway Park

Road, Anayara P.O., Thiruvananthapuram - 695 029, is hereby

appointed. The Registry will obtain disclosure statement as per the

judgment and complete action pursuant thereto. The parties are

directed to appear before the new Arbitrator at 11 A.M. on

04.12.2023.
