     STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
     KERALA, ERNAKULAM, KOCHI - 682031.

     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to pass an order, suspending the execution of
sentence passed against the petitioner as per Judgment dated 17.12.2019 in
Sessions Case No.585/2016 passed by the Additional Assistant Sessions
Judge, Irinjalakuda as modified by the Additional Sessions Judge,
Irinajalakuda as per Judgment dated 13.07.2023 in Criminal Appeal
No.319/2019, till the disposal of the above Crl.Revision Petition.
     This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.NIREESH MATHEW, Advocate for the
petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the Court passed
the following:

The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the

respondent.

Heard.

The execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner

shall stand suspended and bail granted to him on his

executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only)

with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the

satisfaction of the trial court.
