        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to set aside the Judgment in WP(C) No.23304 of 2011 dated 05/06/2023 and
   thereby allow the prayers sought for in the Writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides for sometime.

The learned Standing Counsel for KSEB seeks time to get instructions as to the total amount outstanding from the appellant society and whether there is any One Time Settlement (OTS scheme) for payment of arrears by the consumers, in monthly installments.
