It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioners that a portion of the amount due has

been released yesterday.

2. Respondents are present in person.

3. We need a detailed report from the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies as to the

status of recovery initiated under Section 68(2)

of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act for the

dues to the Co-operative Society. The Joint

Registrar shall also state the details of the

amounts released by the Society time to time

after the judgment of this Court on 20.07.2022.

4. Personal appearance is dispensed with for the

time being.
