Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and

the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The judgment of the learned Single Judge is

set aside. The writ petition is ordered setting

aside Ext.P11 award of the Labour Court and

remanding I.D.No.27/2021 for a fresh

consideration to the Labour Court, Kannur. The

Labour Court shall endeavour to consider the

matter without undue delay.
