               Dated this the 19th day of October, 2023.
                                  JUDGMENT

When this matter was taken up on 10.10.2023, it was

reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant

is no more. As the learned counsel was unable to point out the date

of death, as per order dated 10.10.2023, we have required the

registry to obtain the date of death of the appellant from the Prison

where he was undergoing imprisonment. Pursuant to the said order,

the registry reports that the appellant died on 11.09.2023. Inasmuch

as the legal representatives of the deceased appellant have not

come on record, the appeal is closed without prejudice to the right of

the legal representatives of the deceased appellant to prefer an

application to revive the appeal, if so advised.
