                              JUDGMENT

After arguing this matter for some time, learned counsel for the

petitioner sought permission to withdraw this Original Petition with

liberty being reserved to his client to move the Munsiff's Court

appropriately.

In the afore circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed as

having been withdrawn with the afore requested liberty being

reserved to the petitioner.

Needless to say, if the petitioner is to move the Munsiff's Court

with an appropriate application, same shall be considered in its

proper perspective, without any avoidable delay.
