       Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein
the High Court be pleased to direct the respondent Bank to accept the sum
of Rs.2,50,381.85/-towards the payment of the three loans mentioned in
Annexure-I statement of account issued by the respondent Bank Annexure-IX
and Annexure-X statements of account, pending disposal of the Review
Petition.

     This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
this Court's Judgment dated 04-08-2022 in WP(C)24630/2022 and upon hearing
the arguments of M/S.G.HARIHARAN, PRAVEEN H., K.S.SMITHA, M.V.VIPINDAS,
V.R.SANJEEV KUMAR & ANJALY T.A., Advocates for Petitioner in RP/WP(C),
SRI.JAWAHAR JOSE, STANDING COUNSEL for respondent in RP/WP(C), the court
passed the following:

                                            ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner

would submit that though the amount mentioned as due from the

petitioner had recorded in the judgment is not correct, the

petitioner will pay off that amount under protest and thereafter,

seek to establish that the amount demanded is not correct in

appropriate proceedings. He submits that an amount of

Rs.8,62,054/- as on 01.08.2022 together with interest up to date

shall be remitted on 26.10.2023. This is recorded.
