                             JUDGMENT

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India has been filed for the following reliefs:

"i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to make necessary entry regarding the terminus of the route as Annamanada in Exhibit.P1permit as granted a per Exhibit.P3, with the existing timings without prejudice to the respondent to settle objection if any thereafter, forthwith or at any rate with in a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice;

ii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case."

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner's application for his stage carriage permit to

operate 400 meters more, in view of the construction of

Pulikakkadavu bridge over Chalakudy River, has been granted

by Ext.P3 order dated 12.07.2023. However, till date,

endorsement on the regular permit has not been made. W.P.(C) No.34616/2023

3. Considering the said aspect, the respondent is

directed to make the necessary endorsement on the regular

permit of the petitioner in respect of the order passed on

12.07.2023 in Ext.P3 within a period of two weeks from the date

of submission of the judgment passed in this writ petition.

The writ petition stands finally disposed of.
