                                   ORDER

The respondent is present in person. It is submitted that

the KSREC report has been made available in the instant case. It

is further submitted that the earlier order has been withdrawn

and that the revised order may be permitted to be passed in the

light of the report of the KSREC and all other relevant aspects.

The permission is therefore granted to the respondent to pass

revised orders in accordance with law, taking note of the KSREC

report as well and the findings in the judgment.

Post after ten days. Personal appearance is dispensed with.
