                                        ORDER

When this matter is taken up for consideration today,

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a

final report has been filed in Crime No.273/2022 of Thrikkakara

police station and therefore, this bail application may be closed,

leaving it open to the petitioner to seek bail from the

jurisdictional court. It is submitted that the petitioner was

protected from arrest by way of an interim order dated

19.04.2022 and the said order may be continued for some time to

enable the petitioner to seek bail from the jurisdictional court.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor , the bail application

is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek bail from the

jurisdictional court. If the petitioner surrenders before the

jurisdictional court and files an application for bail, within a

period of ten days from today, the petitioner will continue to enjoy

the protection of the interim order till orders are passed on the

bail application to be filed by him before the jurisdictional court.
