                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of October, 2023

The Tahsildar (LR), Taluk Office, Mannarkkad,

Palakkad, is suo motu impleaded as additional fifth

respondent.

2. Ext.P2 application of the petitioner for mutation

of the property purchased as per Ext.P1 sale deed has not

yet been considered and disposed of by the additional fifth

respondent, Tahsildar (LR) on the ground that certain

clarifications have been sought for from the State Land

Board.

3. Since Ext.P2 application is pending consideration

before the additional fifth respondent, the Tahsildar (LR),

the said respondent shall take the application submitted by

the petitioner for mutation, referred to in Ext.P3, to a logical

conclusion within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
