        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P6 and also
   direct not to order the reversion of employees including the petitioner
   from Exhibit P3 promotion list and Exhibit P6 while complying with Exhibit
   P5 judgment dated 10/11/2022 of this Hon'ble Court, pending final disposal
   of this Writ Petition.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   07.08.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.T.T.RAKESH Advocate for
   the petitioner and of SRI.ANIL.K.S, STANDING COUNSEL for R1 & R2, the
   Court passed the following:
