   filed along with, it is most humbly requested and prayed that this hon'ble
   court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4,
   pending the writ petition, in the interest of justice

                                          ORDER

The petitioner submits that the petitioner and his wife,

who is the writ petitioner in W.P.(C) No.30469 of 2023 (Ext.P5),

are not in good terms, but the petitioner will abide by Ext.P5

judgment of this Court.

2. Admit. Issue urgent notice by speed post to

respondents 1 and 2.

In the facts of the case, there will be an interim order

staying all further coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 for

a period of one month on condition that the petitioner remits an

amount of ₹ 10 lakhs, within a period of two weeks from today.
