        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the Family
   Court Irinjalakkuda to permit the petitioner to renew Annexure A1 Fixed
   Deposit Receipt along with the interetst accrued thereon.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's judgment dated
   15/03/2022 in OP (FC) No.114/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of

   Advocates for the petitioner in IA/OP(FC), the court passed the following:

Heard.

The Family Court shall permit the petitioner to renew Annexure A1

Fixed Deposit noting lien over the renewed Fixed deposit.
