        Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to    direct the respondents to permit      the petitioner to
   provisionally remove the goods covered by Ext.P3 Bill of Entry to the
   petitioner's warehouse/ storage area, pending onsideraton and disposal
   of this Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

                                           ORDER

This Court had heard the matter and dictated the

judgment on 22.05.2023. However, at the instance of
