 WP(C) NO. 14878 OF 2023

                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking

a direction to the 4th respondent to measure and fix

the boundary within a period of one month.

I have heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

the case, I am of the opinion that this writ

petition itself can be disposed of with a direction.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the

4th respondent to measure and fix the boundaries as

per the revenue records within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment with notice to the petitioner, and

affected parties if any.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
